The controller I and controller II are microcontrollers. [0017] The signal collector and the power device II are arranged on the book blocking device. The power device I, the power device III and the sensing device are arranged on the rotary fixing clamp. When there is no book falling onto the book blocking device, a control signal is sent to the wireless receiver through the wireless generator by the controller I according to a signal state of the signal collector. The controller II controls the power device I and the power device III to operate according to a signal received by the wireless receiver. The rotary fixing clamp rotates under an action of the power device I while the power device ΠΙ operates to make the books fall down. After the books fall down, the sensing device sends a received signal to the controller II to control the power device I to operate, so as to reset the rotary fixing clamp. When the books fall into the book blocking device, the signal collector would receive a signal. The controller I controls the power device II of another book blocking device located on the same column of the bookshelf to operate so that this book device would extend out to perform a next action according to the signal state of an optical sensor on the book blocking device, and such processes are repeated. The motor I 12 is the power device I. The rotation and fixation functions of the rotary clamp of the present invention are realized by a rotary device and an electromagnetic lock, respectively. The gear set is controlled by the rotary device through a motor to realize the rotation function. The fixed gear is fixed on the book transmission belt as a fixed point for rotation of the book clamp. The gear I is used to provide output power for the motor, and the gear I is engaged with the fixed gear through the transmission gear so that the gear I and the transmission gear which are connected to the book clamp can rotate around the fixed gear. Thus, the rotation of the book clamp can be realized. The clamping function is realized by the electromagnetic lock. The rotation function is realized by the rotary device. Moreover, the rotary device and the electromagnetic lock are arranged on the same side of the book clamp to make sure that when the book clamp rotates 90 degrees in a direction from the book to the electromagnetic lock, the books are parallel to the direction of the transmission belt. By doing so, the location of the books would not be changed when the books fall down, so that the books can fall into the book blocking device accurately.
